Virtual Bookkeeping Pricing – Questions
How are your services priced?
Our services are priced based on the average monthly expenses of your business. These include payroll, cost of goods sold (COGS) and other business expenses. The owner's draw is excluded from this calculation. In our experience, monthly expenses is a good indicator of the amount of work we can expect to perform every month while having the advantage of being simple to calculate. Your initial bookkeeping package will be determined by averaging the last six months of your business expenses.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Your subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle. If you decide not to renew, you can let us know in advance and we’ll stop billing you.
We perform a review every six months. Your monthly bookkeeping package will be adjusted based on your average expenses for the previous six months as per our pricing table.
Will annual pre-payment lock in my price?
Prepaying significantly reduces your costs. It locks in a potentially less expensive bookkeeping package and provides an additional discount over month-to-month pricing.
Do you charge any other fees other than the monthly package price?
Yes, there may be a one-time onboarding fee to get your business set up with the right software and workflows. The fee varies based on the complexity of the setup required for your business. You may also choose to add additional services such as payroll support, receipts management, timesheets, etc. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
